2011 Privateers Survivor Pool

The Privateers Football Club will be setting up their annual NFL Suicide Pool again this year. It's $20 to enter and you can enter as many different teams as you want. How it works is;

"Each participant must pick one winning team each week of the NFL season until a winner has been declared. You will be allowed one wrong choice. On your second incorrect choice you will be eliminated from the Pool. You can not pick the same team twice.

*** If tied a draw will be conducted to determine the winner, participants may only win the weekly prize once unless there are only previous winners remaining in the Pool."

All the prizes are currently being negotiated with sponsors but will include;

The weekly prize will be a Party Pizza from Greco / Pizza Delight (like last year)

The Grand Prize will most likely be a 42" Flatscreen Plasma TV (like last year) not sure where from...

Other Prizes we are gathering and will sort into a 2nd/3rd place prize include; Leather Recliner Chair (Leon's), a BBQ (Home Hardware), Steaks, Beer (Molson)(must be legal drinking age to collect!), Coca Cola Products, and NFL Jerseys.

Please pass this on to anyone and everyone you know that likes football or just wants to win great prizes. Jamie Gosbee (gosbee88@hotmail.com) and Joe McCabe will be collecting money starting August 16th and letting people know how to register your teams (online).

This is a fundraiser for our club. Last year we raised over $600 (30+ people). The money is split between the Bantam/Varsity/Senior Privateers. Last year's winner was Paul MacDonald (The Pigskin Prophet), ask him how he's enjoying his TV!

2010 Privateers Survivor Pool Results

Pual MacDonald (Pigskin Prophet) won first place last year and took home a Greco Party Pizza, a NFL jersey, and a 42" Plasma Television from Video Pros. Second place went to ??? ??? who won a Greco Party Pizza, an NFL Jersey, and a BBQ from Stratford Home Hardware.
